This is one way I've found to "hack" a model. The Time Package effectively handles scope creep in your project. If your project grows, you can return to the client to request more time. Similarly, the holder of time as a package sets a lower bound on guaranteed income (that is, reliable cash flow). Still, the upper limit for scaling up to fit the work area of the month remains open. Currently, this has the additional drawback of primarily administrative overhead.
